What about a Raspberry Pi or a VPS?
You can run Streamlink on a small server yourself. Budget a few hours for setup, ongoing maintenance when platforms change, storage for large files and something to serve and browse the recordings. recordcloud.bot packages all of that for less than a VPS costs.
