Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
By creating an account or using recordcloud.bot you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
recordcloud.bot records publicly available live streams from the channels you add and stores them in a private library for your personal use. We do not guarantee that any particular stream will be detected or recorded completely; live platforms change frequently and some streams are protected.
2. Acceptable use
- Recordings are for your personal, non-commercial use. Do not re-upload, redistribute, sell or publicly perform recordings without permission from the rights holder.
- Do not use the service to record content you are not allowed to view, to harass anyone, or to violate any platform's terms or applicable law.
- Do not attempt to access other users' libraries, probe our infrastructure, or automate the service beyond normal use.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
3. Plans, trials and payment
New accounts receive a free trial (3 days). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Each plan includes a number of channels and a storage quota; when the quota is full, new recordings are not saved until space is freed or the plan is upgraded. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
4. Expiry and file retention
When a trial or subscription ends, recording of new streams stops. You keep access to existing recordings for 30 days to renew or download them. After that period, recordings are deleted permanently.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are considered case by case for technical failures on our side.
6. Copyright
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices under our DMCA policy. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that any recording will be captured. To the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 3 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.
