DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last updated: September 2026

recordcloud.bot stores recordings privately for individual users' personal use. Recordings are never published, listed or made searchable by us. We still respect the rights of creators and respond to valid takedown notices.

Sending a takedown notice

Email contact@recordcloud.bot with the subject "DMCA notice" and include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work (channel name, platform, date and title of the stream).
  2. Enough detail for us to locate the recording (for example a signed link you received, or the channel and date).
  3. Your contact details (name, email, address).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

Valid notices are processed within 2 business days. We remove or disable access to the material and inform the affected user. Users can file a counter-notice; if we receive one, we forward it to you and may restore the material after 10 business days unless you inform us that you have filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that receive repeated valid notices are terminated.
