Welcome to RecordCloud. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RecordCloud.bot (the "Service"), operated by RecordCloud ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

RecordCloud is a platform that allows users to discover, track, and manage recordings from third-party adult webcam platforms including but not limited to Chaturbate, Stripchat, and BongaCams. We provide:

• Directory of content creators from supported platforms
• Recording management and storage services
• Favorite streamers tracking functionality
• User dashboard and analytics

2.1 Third-Party Content

RecordCloud does not host, create, or own the original video content. All recordings originate from third-party platforms. We act solely as a discovery and management service.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3.2 Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing:

• A valid email address
• A unique username
• A secure password

Alternatively, you may register using Google OAuth authentication.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Service for any purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service

4.2 Content Restrictions

Users may not upload, share, or distribute:

• Content involving minors (under 18 years of age)
• Non-consensual content
• Content that violates any person's privacy rights
• Malware, viruses, or any malicious code

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Service Content

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content and third-party recordings), features, and functionality are owned by RecordCloud and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Third-Party Content

All recordings, images, and content from third-party platforms (Chaturbate, Stripchat, BongaCams) remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their terms of service and copyright policies.

5.3 User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant RecordCloud a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Service.

6. Subscription Plans and Payments

6.1 Free Plan

Our free plan includes:

• 10 GB storage
• 1 favorite streamer
• Basic recording features
• 720p quality recordings

6.2 Premium Plan

Our Premium plan ($9.99/month) includes:

• 100 GB storage
• Up to 10 favorite streamers
• Advanced recording features
• 1080p quality recordings
• Priority support
• Auto-recording capabilities

6.3 Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally, we do not provide refunds for partial months of service.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that content on our Service infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA notice through our DMCA page.

• Extended periods of inactivity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecordCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RecordCloud, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
